  3. Select your profile on the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Select VIEW, CHANGE OR CANCEL A RESERVATION OR ORDER.
  5. Scroll down to see your past bookings.

This happens if you have logged in to more than one device at a time.

Select VIEW PIN on the “Home” page. Here you can view and change your pin.

Access the “Hamburger” (Top left menu icon) and select RESET PASSWORD. Alternatively, if you are having struggles logging in, select “Recover Here” on the log in page.

Biometrics allows you to log in using your fingerprint or face recognition on the app. This is only available if your device is compatible and if it is set up to unlock the device. After logging in to the app, you will be asked if you would like to continue signing in with your password or to set up biometrics. After choosing biometrics, you will need to either scan your fingerprint or scan your face, depending on what is set up on your device.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Select the PROMOTIONS option from the “Home” page.
  2. Choose the draw you would like your tickets to be entered into.
  3. Select ENTER DRAW TICKETS.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Select the “Stay” option.
  2. Navigate to your desired hotel and select BOOK NOW.
  3. Choose the dates you would like to book and for how many guests.
  4. Scroll to the room you would like to book and select BOOK NOW.
  5. Tick the box if you would like to utilize your Entertainment and Bonus Stay points.
  6. Fill in your details as required.
  7. Select CONTINUE.
  8. Check if your details are correct, accept the T’s & C’s and select CONFIRM.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Select +PLAY from the “Home” screen.
  2. Select VIEW +PLAY on the offer you would like to redeem.
  3. If it is a central offer you may choose which registered site you would like to redeem it for by selecting the drop down.
  4. Select CLAIM +PLAY and you will be provided with an OTP.
  5. When you visit the site, visit the Cash Desk with this OTP to collect your chips to play at tables.
