  1. The competition is open to South African citizens only.
  2. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. By downloading the Tsogo Sun App and registering for Tsogo Rewards, participants agree to be automatically entered into this competition between 12 March and 31 March 2025.

  6. This competition runs from 12 March and closes on 31 March 2025.
  7. The prize winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw at Montecasino in Gauteng. The winners do not need to be present and will be contacted on the day of the draw. A social media post on the Tsogo Sun social media pages will be published once consent is received from the prize winners.
  8. Ten winners will be selected from the combined entries by a random electronic draw.
  9. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  10. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner.
  11. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 12 hours of the notification.
  12. The prize is R5000 in Bonus Stay Points which may be redeemed by booking at any Tsogo Sun Hotel through the Tsogo Sun app subject to availability.
  13. The points issued to the winner are valid for up to one year from the date of issue. If the winner does not book their stay within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited.
  14. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred for use by other persons other than the winners.
  15. If the winner does not use their points allocated to them, they may not request for these to be paid out in cash to the winner.
  16. The prize excludes any transport or transfers and flights to and from their selected Tsogo Sun Hotel.
  17. The prize is subject to hotel availability at the time of booking. Block-out periods may apply.
  18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  20. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
  21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
