2.1 The promotion will start on Friday 9 December 2022 and end on Sunday, 10 December 2023.
2.2 Guests will qualify to enter the promotion by:
2.2.1 Earning tickets and adhering to the relevant ticket-issuing requirements.
2.2.2 Through participating in the 947 What’s in the Box promotion (Refer to the Rules of this promotion at www.947.co.za).
2.3 Guests will qualify to enter the promotion through multiple purchases, at multiple Montecasino outlets that combined make the minimum spend criteria of R500. A list of participating retail outlets can be obtained from the ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Ticket Office.
2.4 Draw tickets will be allocated as follows:
2.4.1 Non-Montecasino Rewards Cardholder One (1) ticket per R500.
2.4.2 Montecasino Gold Rewards Cardholder Two (2) tickets per R500.
2.4.3 Montecasino Platinum Rewards Cardholder Four (4) tickets per R500.

2.5 Montecasino Rewards cardholders will qualify to enter the promotion by visiting the casino and registering for a gaming visit.

3.1 Ticket issuing will ONLY take place at the official ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Ticket Office.
3.2 In order for a ticket to be issued, a guest will have to supply a positive and acceptable form of identification.
3.3 The data collected during the promotion will be managed strictly by Tsogo Sun policies and procedures about privacy and direct communication.
3.4 Retail purchase/s ticket issuing:
3.4.1 The guest will have to present an original receipt/s or tax invoice for redemption – NO copies, Pro-forma invoices or reprints of receipts will be accepted.
3.4.2 Notwithstanding the above, a reprint that is stamped with an “Eligible for ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Tickets” stamp AND signed by an authorised signatory from the issuing outlet will be accepted in case of a printing error if this is said on the reprint.
3.4.3 Original receipts/tax invoices that are damaged – spiked or torn – will not be accepted.
3.4.4 Original receipts/tax invoices that are not claimed by the guest at the time and point of purchase, will not be reissued at a later stage.
3.4.5 Original receipts/tax invoices must be stamped with an “Eligible for ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Tickets” stamp AND signed by an authorised signatory from the issuing outlet to be accepted.
3.4.6 Receipts will only be valid for ticket redemption for 30 days from the date of purchase.
3.4.7 The ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Ticket Issuing platform will calculate the number of tickets based on the values of the receipt/s and the ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Ticket Issue staff member will issue the guest with their ticket/s.
3.5 Gaming visit ticket issuing:
3.5.1 The ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Ticket Issuing platform will automatically calculate the amount of gaming visit/s ticket/s a guest qualifies for and the ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Ticket Issue staff member will issue the guest with their ticket/s.
3.6 The guest will then have to enter the ticket/s into the tombola provided for this purpose.
3.7 ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE Ticket Office will only issue tickets during the times stipulated and advertised on the various mediums available on the complex.

4.2 The cash draws will be held at the promotions stage opposite the Nikos restaurant and next to the Casa Bella restaurant on the dates and at the times stipulated. The venue for the draw may vary or change without prior notification as considered necessary by Montecasino Management.
4.3 A guest does not have to attend the cash draw, however, should they be present at the draw and be a winner, they will qualify for an added cash amount AND if the winner is a Montecasino Rewards cardholder, they will win a further cash amount.
4.4 The issuing of bonus cash amounts is dependent on the order as listed below:

4.4.3 Draw AND Present AND Montecasino Rewards cardholder and should a Montecasino Rewards cardholder be drawn, and they are not present at the draw, they will not be entitled to receive the R2,000.00 bonus cash amount for being present, or the R3,000.00 bonus cash amount for being a Montecasino Rewards cardholder.
4.5 At the Monthly cash draws, five (5) lucky winners will be drawn – four (4) winners from the ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE tombola and one (1) winner from the 947 What’s in the Box Winners’ tombola (subject to this winner complying with the “ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE” promotion Eligibility and Participation requirements, failure of which this winner will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn).
4.6 All the finalists drawn as set out in 4.5 will become finalists for the Grand Finale Apartment draw.
5.1 At the Midway draw on 28 May 2023 we will draw five (5) lucky winners – four (4) winners from the ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE tombola and one (1) winner from the 947 What’s in the Box Winners’ tombola (subject to these winners complying with the “ANYONE CAN WIN THE SWEET LIFE” promotion Eligibility and Participation requirements, failure of which this winner will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn).
5.2 All five (5) winners drawn as set out in 5.1 will become finalists for the Grand Finale Apartment draws.
5.5 Guests may enter an unlimited number of entries for each draw.
5.6 All draws will be done by way of a random manual draw.
5.7 A guest will only be able to win once per draw.
5.8 In order to be verified as a winner, a guest will have to supply a positive and acceptable form of identification.
5.9 In order to claim a prize, a guest will also have to supply a positive and acceptable form of identification.
5.10 All winners must sign for prize receipt within 15 days of the draw date.

6.6 Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present because of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. 6.7 This will be an Attendance draw where we will select five (5) winners.

7.8 The winner shall be required within five (5) days from 10 December 2023 to conclude a sale agreement with Balwin Properties and abide by the terms and conditions contained therein with the proviso that no purchase price or any transfer costs shall be payable.
7.9 The winner shall be solely responsible for all costs of ownership, including without limitation, levies, utilities, rates, taxes etc.
7.10 The three (3) bedroom Classic apartment at Balwin Properties’ Munyaka Waterfall residential development may not be sold or transferred within the first 12 months of ownership by the winner.
7.11 If the winner is a Tsogo Sun Gaming Rewards card holder, Montecasino shall pay the first twelve (12) months’ levies (only) to Balwin Properties.
8.1 In relation to non-attendance draws, the prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
8.2 All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
8.3 Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
8.4 In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
8.5 Every participant in the promotion shall be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by their participation.
8.6 The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
