1. All vehicle offers and pricing are subject to availability and may vary based on stock levels and factory schedules.
2. Vehicles provided by MUJI Motor Group are subject to factory specifications, which may vary based on model, features, and production adjustments.
3. A delivery fee applies to any vehicle deliveries made outside of Gauteng province. The fee will be calculated and communicated at the time of sale.
4. All purchases are subject to applicable licensing and registration fees, which will be added to the final purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) is mandatory. All customers must provide the necessary documentation and information required under these regulations before finalizing any transaction.
6. Vehicle Financing arrangements must be processed through MUJI Motor Group dealerships. Financing options are subject to approval by the dealership’s affiliated financial institutions.
7. All vehicle invoicing will be handled by MUJI Investments (Pty) Ltd, an affiliated entity.
