1. This Employee Discount Scheme is running for a trial period from 1 November 2024 until 31 March 2025.

2. This programme is valid for a limited duration only and may be changed/amended from time to time based on operational needs and at the sole discretion of the employer.
3. The company reserves the right to change or amend the Employee Discount Scheme with one month’s notice and communication thereof. This program does not constitute a term and condition of employment and is subject to change at the sole discretion of the company based on operational needs.
4. Staff to provide their employee number, birthday (DDMMYYYY) and proof of identity in order to qualify.
5. Employees must be present for bookings with family and friends.
6. Should the employee not be present, approval must be obtained from the Group HR Director. Where approval is obtained, food and beverage discounts will not be applicable to hotel stays.
7. Hotel discount is based on the BAR (best available rate). Where there is a special, the lower rate of the two will apply. Hotel rooms limited to two rooms per visit. Early check in, late check out and free room type upgrade are subject to availability and discretion within 48 hours of the arrival time.
8. Food and beverage cannot be booked to rooms during hotel stays. Should food and beverage be consumed at the hotel restaurant, the 20% discount will apply if paid at the restaurant.
9. Food and beverage discounts will be excluding gratuity.
10. Should there be a request for more than what is allowed, it will require approval from the Group HR Director / CEO.
11. All requests for hotel bookings to be emailed to the property hotel manager for approval, using the booking form link. Payment for all hotel bookings to be concluded on confirmation of booking.
12. Booking will be confirmed within seven days of receipt. Booking is only confirmed once confirmation is received and payment processed
13. All offerings are subject to availability and any applicable terms and conditions.

1. All vehicle offers and pricing are subject to availability and may vary based on stock levels and factory schedules.
2. Vehicles provided by MUJI Motor Group are subject to factory specifications, which may vary based on model, features, and production adjustments.
3. A delivery fee applies to any vehicle deliveries made outside of Gauteng province. The fee will be calculated and communicated at the time of sale.
4. All purchases are subject to applicable licensing and registration fees, which will be added to the final purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) is mandatory. All customers must provide the necessary documentation and information required under these regulations before finalizing any transaction.
6. Vehicle Financing arrangements must be processed through MUJI Motor Group dealerships. Financing options are subject to approval by the dealership’s affiliated financial institutions.
7. All vehicle invoicing will be handled by MUJI Investments (Pty) Ltd, an affiliated entity.
